RECLAIM. RECONNECT.
Become. For the woman who spent so long surviving, she forgot what it felt like to be herself.
Trauma-informed support for the seasons that change you—harmful relationships, chronic illness, burnout, loss, and the quiet realization that you don’t recognize yourself anymore.
This is a space to reconnect with your voice, rebuild trust in yourself, and decide what comes next.
You don’t have to become who you were before. You get to become who you choose to be next
Welcome, I’m LindsayLPN • Trauma-Informed Coach • Certified Sound Healer • Reiki Master
My work is rooted in lived experience.
I know what it’s like to lose yourself while trying to survive.
To question your own instincts. To live on high alert. To become so focused on getting through the next day, managing everyone else, or simply keeping yourself afloat that somewhere along the way, you stop asking yourself what you need.
I know what it’s like when your body changes the life you thought you were going to have.
And I know what it’s like to lose yourself inside a relationship—to shrink, second-guess yourself, walk on eggshells, and slowly become disconnected from your own voice.
But I also know what it’s like to reach the other side and realize:
Surviving was only the beginning.
Kindlewild was created for what comes after.
Through trauma-informed coaching and restorative practices, I support women as they reconnect with themselves, rebuild trust in their own voice, create boundaries without guilt, and begin creating a life that actually feels like theirs.
You are more than what happened to you. More than what you survived. More than the version of yourself you had to become to get through it.
You don’t have to go back.
You get to discover who you are now.
You don’t have to have the perfect words for what happened.
Maybe you left a relationship and still don’t trust your own judgment.
Maybe chronic illness changed your body, your identity, your relationships, or the future you pictured for yourself.
Maybe you’ve spent years caring for everyone else and somewhere along the way became a stranger to yourself.
Maybe nothing is actively falling apart anymore—and yet you still don’t feel like you.
I know that space, too.
There is a strange in-between that comes after survival: when the crisis has changed, but you have changed with it.
You may not need someone to tell you who you should become.
You may need space to hear yourself again.
To reconnect with what you want.
To trust what you know.
To explore what feels good, safe, meaningful, and yours.
That’s the work of Kindlewild.
Not returning to who you were.
Reclaiming what’s yours. Reconnecting with yourself. Becoming whoever comes next.
Reclaim. Reconnect. Become.
Why Kindlewild?Kindle — to ignite. To awaken. To bring something dormant back to life.
Wild — the part of you shaped by survival, adaptation, uncertainty, and everything you had to become to make it through.
Survival can change more than the circumstances around you.
It can change your identity. Your relationships. Your confidence. Your sense of safety. Your connection to your body. The way you see yourself—and the way you imagined your life would look.
Kindlewild exists for what comes after.
This isn’t about becoming the person you were before.
It’s about reconnecting with yourself beneath everything you’ve carried—and creating space to discover who you are now.
With compassion. Curiosity. Courage.
Reclaim what was lost.
Reconnect with what is yours.
Become what comes next.Trauma-informed support for life after survival.
A space to feel seen, reconnect with yourself, rebuild trust in your own voice, and tend to the parts of you that learned how to survive.
Survival can look different for every woman.
Maybe yours was an emotionally harmful relationship.
Maybe it was years of chronic illness.
Maybe it was caregiving, grief, burnout, a major life transition—or years spent putting yourself last.
Whatever brought you here, the aftermath can leave you questioning who you are, what you want, what you trust, and where you go from here.
Kindlewild exists for that part.
The space between surviving and truly living again.
RECLAIM — voice, boundaries, identity, needs.
RECONNECT — body, intuition, self-trust, meaning.
BECOME — build a life from who you are now.
It’s okay to grieve who you were before.
Before the relationship.
Before the illness.
Before the burnout.
Before the loss.
Before life became something you never expected.
Sometimes survival asks so much of us that when we finally have space to look around, we realize we don’t quite recognize the person standing there.
You are allowed to miss who you were.
But healing doesn’t have to mean finding your way back to her.
It can mean meeting yourself exactly where you are—and becoming from there.
